I am the manager of the rodeway Inn in Metairie La I had to travel to visit family and chose to stay at the Travel Inn and I must say that I was quite impressed with my stay from the greeting at the front desk, comfort of the rooms and inter actions with other staff as we crossed each other's paths. Upon my next travels to Texas it will be a pleasure trip and of course I am going to visit with Travel Inn my new home away from home. They made me feel the way I want my guest experience to be a very happy, satisfied and exciting one.
I've stayed here for a week so far & it's nice and clean quiet and everything
I stayed here with my son. We came all the way to Beaumont (5 hour drive) to the Crazy Cajun restaurant where a benefit was held for our church to raise money for a new drum set. The manager/owner stopped us in the parking lot to specifically ask how our stay way. Very humble and nice. The ONLY complaint I had was I was in a rush already to get out by checkout (11am) and the owner I’m guessing come beating on the door telling me checkout time is 11am. At that time I still had nearly 30 mins before 11am. A little discouraging there. Overall a great stay, and he offered us to come back and stay as often as we could.
A throwback to the 80s is still decent however if you have pets or service animal they are unwelcome even though I was able to stay with my pet for two nights I guess it depends on who you have working the window there is some traffic of people that go in and out of that place but I never felt threatened or unsafe
I stayed in this motel yesterday. it was nice experience.Staff is so good and apart from this facilities which provided by motel is also great. Room is clean and good.
The manager Pete is a really nice guy and very helpful. I have stayed here a few times due to an apartment fire and he has been helping me as far as cost for me and my family. I will recommend the motel especially if you are in a desperate situation.
This motel is pretty good. They run a tight ship. I never feel unsafe and you can smoke in the room. The bed is comfortable and it’s clean.
Good price. Great wifi. Daily room keeping. Fridege and microwave. All sheets are clean and very comfortable. Only issue I have is the hot water goes in and out every so often. TV's need updating. Other than that, I'm loving it.
Last night I stay here at hotel it was nice and I left my personal belongings behind and came back to the hotel to see if they still had my personal belongings to get back and the Manger was willing to check on it back in the same room I was n last night .. so he found my personal belongings and I was happy that kept it til I got back and there service are so awesome and I thank the Manger for keeping his word and took care of the situation.. so wit that been said I give this hotel an 10 because of there service and bare with me at this difficult time..
